Chinese New Year Email

Hi Sifu!

I've been noticing elevated joy and excitement during and after class. I am looking forward to the Chinese new year celebration.

The class is also becoming deeper for me as I hear of experiences from yourself and Si-Gung.

Also,  I really appreciated the instruction to confirm a confirmation of praise from a fellow teammate during practice. I feel it brings another element of sophistication and respect within our team.

I feel that we can count on you to make our class more awesome!

So, there's not too much time left in this year of the dog. I hope that it was a pleasant year for you as it was me.

Again, what a great student you are to touch base like this with your Sifu!

Especially at this time of year, positive feedback is so valuable.

(and even more significant coming from an awesome year of the dog student!)

Truly, I am so happy to hear that the students are reaping the rewards of their kung fu practice, each other, their school/style, and the efforts/experience brought to them by their teacher and their teacher’s teacher!

And Sigung was very impressed to hear your feedback as well.

Thank you for taking the time to choose such powerful words.

I am glad you have had a great year as I have as well!

Looking forward to Chinese New Year to start us off strong with another great year!

You definitely helped end Year of the Dog strong.

Chinese New Year

We are all excited and looking forward to our
Annual Chinese New Year Celebration
which will be held on Saturday February 2nd.

All Kung Fu and Tai Chi (students only - no guests) should plan to attend.

In all kung fu schools, it is a custom for students to give a monetary gift in the form of a red envelope to their teachers for Chinese New Year. The Chinese Red Envelope is simply the most appropriate way to give a “gift” to support the school and show gratitude and appreciation towards your teachers. Every Tai Chi student planning to attend should see Sje Yoli for a red envelope and Kung Fu students should see Sihing Dave for their red envelope.

Chinese New Year stands out as one of the most important times of the year to the school, Sigung and Sifu Sara. As a result, all the students, as well as visiting teacher’s and students, come together to enjoy lion dancing, each other, and most importantly kung fu & tai chi.

If you have not registered yet, please click on the link below for your free automatic registration to be processed. Registration must be completed by every Kung Fu & Tai Chi student attending in order to ensure that we have an accurate count of personalized gifts.
